Import VAT & duties: With DHL Express, UK import VAT and any duties are paid by us in advance, nothing to pay at delivery. With standard shipping, they are collected at delivery and our Tariff Deal offsets them with a discount code equal to the amount charged, for your next order. EU-origin goods are duty-free under the EU-UK trade agreement; the origin statement is on your invoice.
Orders under £136: our shop cannot ship consignments up to £135 to the UK, because these would require us to charge UK VAT at the point of sale. For smaller orders, our Etsy shop is the way to go: Etsy collects and remits UK VAT for you.
