DHL Express: import duties paid by us

For every country outside the EU, orders shipped with DHL Express arrive with import duties and taxes already paid by us. Nothing is due on delivery and no code is needed. All US orders ship this way.

Standard shipping: our Tariff Deal

Standard shipping runs through the postal services, and they cannot settle duties in advance. If duties or taxes are charged at delivery, our Tariff Deal offsets them:

Step 1 – You place your order
Order anything from lisilinka.com as usual and choose standard shipping.

Step 2 – You pay the customs bill
If customs duties or taxes are charged before delivery, pay the bill and take a screenshot showing the amount.

Step 3 – You email us

Send the screenshot and your tracking number to contact@lisilinka.com. We reply within 24 hours and send you a personal discount code equal to the customs amount.

Note: On your customs bill, the sender appears as "Prismaze GmbH" – that's us, the company behind Lisilinka.

Step 4 – You get your refund
Use your discount code at checkout on your next order – it's applied automatically and equals the full amount you paid for customs.

Tariff Deal applies to: standard shipping to countries outside the EU, for example Canada, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Australia and Japan

DHL Express orders: duties and taxes are prepaid by us, so no code is needed
