Shipping

All orders will be shipped via DHL and DHL subcontracted local shipping providers within the respective countries.

Situation US

Import tariffs are included. Since September 16, 2026 we pay the US import tariffs for you (Lisilinka Special Ed. 06). They are settled by us in advance and already included in the shipping rates you see at checkout. There is nothing to pay at delivery, and DHL will not contact you for any fees.

Background: Since August 29, 2025 the US Government imposes tariffs on all deliveries from outside the US. The EU incl. Germany got 15% tariffs and the "de minimis regulation" was canceled, so orders below 800 USD are also subject to tariffs. The postal service providers do not offer a procedure to settle these tariffs in advance. Therefore all US orders ship with DHL Express, which clears US customs with the tariffs prepaid by us; standard shipping is not available for the US.

We recommend providing a phone number while ordering so that you can get tracking updates via SMS (not mandatory).

If you decide to reject delivery after we have sent your order, we will refund your product price once the shipment is on the way back to us, but we will deduct $34 for shipping, which is the minimum fee we pay for express shipping including the prepaid tariffs (we do not make any profit on shipping rates).

If you are able to select your currency in the menu (top left on your mobile or top right on the desktop) then we ship to your country.

UK customers

We ship to the UK directly from our shop for orders from £136. Below this value the checkout does not offer a shipping option, because consignments up to £135 would require us to charge UK VAT at the point of sale. For smaller orders please use our Etsy shop at lisilinka.etsy.com, where Etsy collects and remits UK VAT for you.

For orders from £136, UK import VAT (20%) and any duties are collected by DHL at delivery. DHL will contact you by email and SMS and you can pay online before delivery. Prices in the shop are shown in GBP. Goods of EU origin are duty-free under the EU-UK trade agreement; the origin statement is printed on your invoice.

Full Tutorial Sets: duties and taxes included worldwide

Our Full Tutorial Sets (hexagon size) always ship with DHL Express, and for these sets we pay all import duties and taxes in advance, in every country. Nothing is collected at delivery.

Shipping Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please bear in mind that during launch events or restocks, processing time may vary due to a higher than usual volume of orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

DHL Express shipments are scanned at pickup and provide an immediate confirmed delivery date.
Standard shipments: please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Standard: €6 (free over €75)
DHL Express: €9 under €75 / €4 between €75–€200 / free over €200

European Union:

Standard International: €10 (free over €75)
DHL Express: €19 under €75 / €9 between €75–€200 / free over €200

United States (DHL Express only, import tariffs included):

$34 under $100 / $23 between $100–$230 / free over $230

United Kingdom (orders from £136):

Standard: free from £136
DHL Express: £25 between £136–£200 / free over £200

Canada:

Standard: $20 (free over $120)
DHL Express: $32 under $122 / $22 between $122–$278 / free over $278

Australia, NZ, Japan + 6 countries:

Standard International: €12 (free over €75)
DHL Express: €22 under €75 / €9 between €75–€200 / free over €200

Rest of world (DHL Express only):

€22 under €200 / free over €200

Mexico: insured postal service only (10–20 business days). Prices shown in Mexican Pesos (MXN).

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Prismaze GmbH / Lisilinka is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Exceptions: orders to the United States (tariffs included) and our Full Tutorial Sets (duties and taxes included worldwide). For other countries, our Lisilinka Tariff Deal compensates the charges with a discount code for your next order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

DHL Express: tracking is active immediately from pickup – DHL provides a confirmed delivery date at the moment of scan.
Standard shipping: please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@lisilinka.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Note: this applies to standard shipping only. DHL Express orders arrive within the stated delivery window.

Notices

Lisilinka is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges.

Packages undeliverable by DHL will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
