If you receive a request for payment of customs duties from DHL Express after placing an order on lisilinka.com, send us a screenshot to contact@lisilinka.com with the amount and your waybill number and we will send you a discount code for your next order equal to the amount of the customs duties.
The tariff deal is not exclusively for US customer (hello Canada, Norway, Switzerland, .. :) )
Don't use the contact form since you can't send pictures with it - just send us an email directly.
The tariff for US customers will be 15% of the product costs + 17 $ flat fee.
