Shipping
All orders will be shipped via DHL and DHL subcontracted local shipping providers within the respective countries.
Situation US
Your order will be subject to tariffs.
We currently have the "Lisilinka Tariff Deal" running where we will send you a discount code for your next order equal to the amount of the customs duties.

Explanation:
Since August 29 the US Government imposes tariffs on all deliveries from outside the US. The EU incl. Germany got 15% tariffs and the "de minimis regulation" was canceled (orders of value below 800 USD will now also be subject to tariffs).
The postal service provider has completely suspended delivery to the US because it does not have the necessary procedures in place to collect these new fees. Therefore, DHL Express is currently our only shipping option, and standard shipping is not available. Once your order arrives in the US, DHL Express will collect these duties on behalf of US Customs. DHL Express will contact you by email and SMS (if you have provided your phone number), and you can pay these fees online.
The tariff for US customers is around 15% of the product costs + a $17 flat fee.
We recommend providing a phone number while ordering so that you can get updates on tracking and tariff collection via SMS (not mandatory).
If you decide to reject delivery after we have sent your order, we will refund your product price once the shipment is on the way back to us, but we will deduct $28 for shipping, which is the minimum shipping fee we pay for express (we do not make any profit on shipping rates).
Countries we currently ship to
If you are able to select your currency in the menu (top left on your mobile or top right on the desktop) then we ship to your country.
UK customers
We ship to the UK exclusively via our Etsy shop: lisilinka.etsy.com
Etsy handles UK duties and has a UK tax ID. Please note that customs fees may apply upon delivery.
Shipping Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please bear in mind that during launch events or restocks, processing time may vary due to a higher than usual volume of orders.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
Standard shipping:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 3–8 business days
- Australia, NZ, Japan + 6 countries: 3–4 weeks
- Rest of world: 3–6 business days (DHL Express only)
DHL Express:
- Germany: 1–2 business days
- European Union: 1–3 business days
- United States: 2–4 business days
- Canada: 2–4 business days
- Australia, NZ, Japan + 6 countries: 3–6 business days
- Rest of world: 3–6 business days
DHL Express shipments are scanned at pickup and provide an immediate confirmed delivery date.
Standard shipments: please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Germany:
- Standard: €6 (free over €75)
- DHL Express: €9 under €75 / €4 between €75–€200 / free over €200
European Union:
- Standard International: €10 (free over €75)
- DHL Express: €19 under €75 / €9 between €75–€200 / free over €200
United States (DHL Express only – mandatory tariff collection):
- $28 under $75 / $16 between $75–$200 / free over $200
Canada:
- Standard: $20 (free over $120)
- DHL Express: $32 under $122 / $22 between $122–$278 / free over $278
Australia, NZ, Japan + 6 countries:
- Standard International: €12 (free over €75)
- DHL Express: €22 under €75 / €9 between €75–€200 / free over €200
Rest of world (DHL Express only):
- €22 under €200 / free over €200
Mexico: insured postal service only (10–20 business days). Prices shown in Mexican Pesos (MXN).
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Prismaze GmbH / Lisilinka is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
- DHL Express: tracking is active immediately from pickup – DHL provides a confirmed delivery date at the moment of scan.
- Standard shipping: please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@lisilinka.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Note: this applies to standard shipping only. DHL Express orders arrive within the stated delivery window.
Notices
Lisilinka is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges.
Packages undeliverable by DHL will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
