Step 1 – You place your order
Order anything from lisilinka.com as usual. We ship worldwide with DHL Express.

Step 2 – You pay the customs bill
DHL Express will contact you to collect customs duties before delivery. Pay the bill and take a screenshot showing the amount.

Step 3 – You email us

Send the screenshot and your waybill number to contact@lisilinka.com. We reply within 24 hours and send you a personal discount code equal to the customs amount.

Note: On your DHL customs bill, the sender appears as "Prismaze GmbH" – that's us, the company behind Lisilinka.

Step 4 – You get your refund
Use your discount code at checkout on your next order – it's applied automatically and equals the full amount you paid for customs.
